[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#343630: archives html attachments in a thuroughly useless, double-escaped form

Package: mailman
Severity: normal

When archiving html attachments, mailman htmlizes them, including
escaping all the html characters. The result is that a once-readable
html attachment turns into a usless monstrosity like this:

http://kitenet.net/pipermail/sayma/attachments/20051214/2ce1af82/10454316-0001.htm

I think it should leave html attachments alone and unmunged; leaving _all_
attachments alone would also be reasonable since a modern web server can
probably do the right thing with most file types in attachments.
