[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Splitting the package

I've looked into splitting the currently monolithic arch-any package
into separate components, here's what I came up with.


- Package 'mailman' arch-any, contains everything currently
  under /usr/lib. Installed-size around 5 MB. Depends on
  mailman-common, recommends mailman-doc.
- Package 'mailman-doc', arch all. Contains everything currently
  under /usr/share/doc/mailman/ except the most basic stuff.
  Installed size around 8 MB.
- Package 'mailman-common', arch all. Contains the rest, i.e.
  /usr/share, /etc, /var. Installed size around 20 MB. Recommends
  mailman.


Some considerations. There's been a request to separate the languages
out, since they make up the bulk of the package content. However, I
don't see a sensible separation without packaging each language in its
own package which seems to be overkill.

Another request is to separate the web- and mailcontent, so they can be
provided on different servers. Since they need to share access to /var
and many parts are needed for both, I haven't done that. I also doubt if
it would provide a significant saving. However, it can be done more
easily if this split is done.

Please let me know what you think about this. I'll start implementing it
soon.
