[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Stable update for DFSG violation?

Hi,

I was rereading the conditions for a stable upgrade; to my surprise it
seems we are not fixing serious bugs, in particular DFSG
violations. Could you please confirm this?

The specific case is that mailman doesn't ship the source to its
documentation. It is in the upstream CVS, but not in the tarball and
(thus) not in the Debian source package.

Shall I prepare an update just for that?
