Not with virtual domains: The mailing lists are present on all
domains.

It works with both, actually.

Because it gives the information "which list should be present in
which virtual domain" in a format that is easily parsable from within
Exim, with an lsearch.

I have vague plans to implement an 'MTA="Exim"' option by removing all
the bits unused in this config, but never got round to it.

No, so that mailing lists are present only in their domain, not the
others.

That is possible. Maybe when the list of bugs is down to a dozen
instead of a hundred. Feel free to file a wishlist bug.

Now try to convince me this solution is better than mine. We cannot
ship _both_ by default, so a choice has to be made.
