[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Change of plan

Hi Guys,

I woke up this morning and realised that we might better not include the
package split in etch. I realised that it's only a single month until the
freeze.

Discussion here at the BSP revealed that most people agree that making
such infrastructural changes right before the release aren't a good idea
anyway. Because stictly speaking, it's now not broken (only suboptimal);
and we'd better apply it right AFTER etch.

Therefore I'm going to revert all the changes w.r.t. the package split
tomorrow and keep them for after the release.

That means that we have two items left:
-> Python Transition. How's that going?
-> 2.1.9. Any progress?
