[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#317912: Spurious /var/lib/mailman/Mailman/Cookie.pyc file upgrading from woody

I believe this is fixed in the recent 2.1.9-1 upload to unstable;
dh_pysupport handles the byte-compilation for us and also the removal of
any remains.

It would be of great help if you could verify the presence of this bug
in 2.1.9-1.
