[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Mailman hackers status

Hi all,

As you can see I've done a little cleanup on the current bug list - but
there's still enough to do.

We've had some useful work done last autumn but it seems that the past year
there's not been much structural or unstructural work. In the last 1,5 years
there've been commits from myself, Lionel, Hector, Riccardo and Paul, but
most of those have happened more than a year ago. I hope you are all still
interested in contributing. Even if you just take one or two bugs up once in
a while, that really helps.

I'm taking the liberty to remove Tollef as a maintainer. He hasn't committed
in years, so it doesn't reflect reality anymore. Of course he can still
commit so can easily return when he wants to.

One problem is of course upstream's slowness in releasing new versions. We've
got quite a few bugs that upstream has already fixed, or could quite easily
fixed, but I'm not that fond of incorporating many patches and taking over
from upstream. I hope they'll do a 2.1.10 soon.

That said, I think that in general the quality of the Mailman package is still
such that it would be worse for our users if we removed it than kept it this
way.

Do people think we need to actively seek extra maintainers?
