[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Language-mix on mailman 2.1.9

Hello,

i've just installed mailman on Debian (Etch).
I' got a mix of German and English on the Mailman-Sites.
Example:

Subscribe to Mailman by filling out the following form.

In Kürze erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungs-e-Mail, um sicherzustellen, dass 
es wirklich Sie sind, der abonnieren möchte. Dies ist eine private 
Mailingliste, was bedeutet, dass die Abonnentenliste von 
Nichtmitgliedern nicht eingesehen werden kann.

Is this a error by myself, oder is anything wrong with the package?
