[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Retirement from Debian Mailman team

Hi,

I'm tied up in personal/work/demotivation issues and have been greatly
inactive in Mailman-related things in Debian; even the little work I
have done was nearly two months after discovery of the issue it
addresses. Seen the evolution of my situation over the past few
months, it doesn't seem likely that I will become significantly active
in the next months.

It is thus better that I officially resign from "active status" in the
team. Somebody else needs to take the lead. Thijs? You were most
active lately, you want to take up the "locomotive" role?
