[Pkg-mailman-hackers] analysis of Debian patches by upstream

Hi all,

Upstream analysed Debian's mailman patches, it is clear from the
analysis that some of them are wrong or broken in some way:

Hopefully we can remove some of our upstream divergence with mailman
