Thank you for your report. However, I am unable to reproduce it here and we 
haven't yet gotten any similar reports. We need more information to be able 
to trace the problem in your specific situation.

Have you done any debugging since and found out more?
Some ideas:

> * mailman/queue_files_present: continue regardless

You have queue files present but chose to continue the upgrade regardless. Are 
you sure they do not interfere? If you move them out of the way, does it 
solve the problem?

Are there any other messages in the queue that you can move out of the way? Is 
there more information in Mailman's logging?
