I'm not sure. My original thought was to end Mailman 2.1 with 2.1.12
and to have released a 2.2a0 by now. Mailman 2.2 will have a long
release cycle initially because there are quite a few changes to
message strings that will require some efforts from the translators.

Clearly, I haven't yet released even a preliminary 2.2 and I have
several more things I want to do, so that won't be until some time
(early I hope) in 2010 with 2.2.1 still later.

There are a number of bug fixes since 2.1.12, so I need to release a
2.1.13. I'm sure I can do this before the end of 2009, but at this
point I can't be more specific.
