This is a copy of current trunk (what Thijs uploaded to Debian).
I’ve finally allocated some time to work on this, took me a bit
(MID <629d338c6df6e71b052dd17fcdd7385d.squirrel at wm.kinkhorst.nl>
and that thread was 14 months ago), sorry for that, but I can now
work on this *and* test on a relatively recent environment (since
we’re moving from lenny to wheezy now).

The good news is that what changes I’m going to make/propose have
been in production (as 1:2.1.13-4.1ssls+tarent6) for ages, by now.

I’ll keep you informed and stick to my development branch wrt. the
changes (but can easily merge back to trunk; lolando taught me the
art of Bizarre, erm, Bazaar; although still figuring out how to do
things when only debian/ is under version control).
