[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#710268: mailman: Improvements for russian debconf template translation

Dear Maintainer,
I would like to suggest some improvements for russian translation of
debconf templates for Mailman package, because the current one reads
a bit strange and contains several typos. The patch is attached to
the message.
