Thanks for the suggestion. However, the current Mailman team is very low
staffed. I basically just make sure that the mailman package itself is
updated periodically, but there's currently no manpower to do anything
more.

In fact, I think the top priority for anyone working on Mailman in Debian
is to get mailman3 packaged. Some effort has been done (see #799292) but
it looks stalled at the moment.

Nothing wrong with listadmin per se, I just don't see the current team
taking it on given recent activity levels.
