Bug#751535: mate-session-manager: minimize, maximize and close buttons on iceweasel and nautilus are inconsistent

Dear Maintainer,
In some sessions iceweasel sports the minimize, maximize and close
buttons on the upper right-hand side and sometimes its absent.The same
is with Nautilus as well. The interesting thing is when its absent,
the buttons are absent or both and when its present in one then its
present in the other as well.
