[Pkg-matrix-maintainers] Bug#890443: Inline video leaves much to be desired

Package: revolt
Version: 0.0+git20170627.3f5112b-2.1
Severity: normal

Inline video shared in matrix rooms can't really be played. It takes
ages to buffer the video, while the process consumes all CPU time.
Then, when — if — playback starts, the video playback is anything
but smooth.

If I instead download the video, or stream it in Firefox or
Chromium, it works just fine.
