You can improve it by merging uppercase-keywords from syntax file by Andres 
Fanfar to that one by Olegarch.

And please check first lines (keyword whole linestart #!...) if they highlight 
lines like #!/usr/bin/gawk, #!/usr/bin/mawk, #!/usr/bin/nawk and not only 
#!/usr/bin/awk.
