Good point. I may have to report two bugs instead of one. However, 
I should have provided more information in my report on #458327, 
and I will think about data loss. For #458327 please find below:
A) The state of one raid5 array before reboot
B) The state of the same raid5 array after reboot
C) A part copy of dmesg

I this is insufficient, please ask.
