Bug#691670: mdadm --detail may segfault if a device has been removed from an array

When a device has been removed from an array, mdadm --detail may segfault
instead of printing useful info due to it trying to dereference a NULL
pointer.

This issue is important enough since we're talking about data recovery
and when we can't even display metadata information recovery might be
difficult.

This is fixed upstream in 3.2.6 version:
