[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#396514: mediawiki: Purge incomplete

When mediawiki and mediawiki1.7 are purged, they leave an empty /etc/mediawiki1.7 directory 
behind, and the symlink /etc/apache/conf.d/mediawiki1.7.conf -> 
/etc/mediawiki1.7/apache.conf.

Thus apache2 does not want to start.
