	Hi !

I don't understand very well the purpose of this bug. Do you wish that spaces 
are allowed for the wiki name ? 

Also, could you please point out the inormation you have on the fact the 
spaces are not allowed ? To me the wiki name is relative to the variable 
$wgSitename in LocalSettings.php and I've not seen any issue for using space 
in this.

I have tested to create a fresh mediawiki from the actual 1.7 package without 
any problems at all.
