The ganglia-nagios-bridge script is currently a single all-in-one script

It should be refactored in an object-oriented manner

One of the most useful changes would be to take the code for generating
Nagios checkresult files and put this code in a separate class that can
be used independently.

There is already a Perl module that provides similar functionality, an
equivalent Python module would be similar:
