[Pkg-mono-devel] Combine window does not dock in 0.2

Hi all,

This is probably just a case of me being stupid but, try as I might, I 
cannot get the Combine window to dock anywhere.  The Output window seems 
to be quite happy down on the bottom there though.

Any thoughts?
