[Pkg-mono-devel] Fixed bug not in sid mono release

I just setup a sid machine updated from sarge and installed mono. I have been
testing my db access code and found a bug. This bug was already reported and
fixed according to bugzilla http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=67301
and based on the dates I can't see how it woulnd't already be in the mono
release in sid. But the bug is there nevertheless. 

A Clone of IDbCommand does not clone the Parameters collection. In my case it
was being done with a SqlCommand but using the IDbCommand interfaces if that matters.
