One more comment about pre4, the command mono-server2-update
the variable inside the script now is predefinied as /etc/mono-config2, 
but I think it should be initialized to /etc/xsp2.

/etc/mono-config2 is not used by now by any mono package.

Also monodoc-http should copy the same files used in 
/etc/xsp/conf.d/monodoc-http to /etc/xsp2/conf.d/monodoc-http
