There's some fixme's in the changelog I need help with.

It doesn't work if I move libqyoto.so as suggested

qyoto-examples does not automatically depend on
libqyoto4.3-cil, I'm not sure how to persuade dh_clideps to make it so

I'm not familiar with the pkgconfig format so a
review of that would be lovely

I also get this during compile "dh_clideps: Warning:
Could not resolve moduleref: libqyoto for: qt-dotnet.dll!"
