The package looks good to me except the changelog. You can't remove old
entries from it (as in changing history) and you can't re-use a debian
revision (-1) that is already in the debian archive. Please put the old
changelog back and add a clean -2 entry closing all the said bugs
(reports).
This old changelog looked very correct to me:
