The first step is to get the SDK running - however, it seems to REALLY
not like running on 64-bit distributions, so I've given up on getting it
going. http://maemo-sdk.garage.maemo.org/maemo-sdk-installer.py is the
SDK installer (you want to untick the 4.1 stuff, and enable only the 5
stuff). From there, http://www.mono-project.com/Maemo is a good place to
read.
