[Pkg-mono-devel] System.Windows.Forms.WebBrowser error

First off It would be really really handy to install debug packages since
they will help getting along with your problem. 
Second:

since you seem to call this from within your application you might want to
run 
               webBrowser = new System.Windows.Forms.WebBrowser();

Other than that it might be possible that mozembed which is the mono version
of the IE embedding MS does has  versioning problem on your machine and it
could be advisable to send a bugreport if we have evaluated that it is
actually this.
