This isn't really a Mono question. Installing single packages from 
Wheezy on Squeeze likely won't work, certainly not with what looks like 
pinning and apt-get's resolver. aptitude might be able to unravel the 
dependency chain enough, but you'll end up basically half upgraded to 
Wheezy.
