    When the runtime version an app expects is missing, it instead executes using Mono's default runtime version. Even though we rebuild the earth with the 4.0 runtime, we don't actually make this the system default - so a 2.0 application will attempt to run using the 2.0 runtime if the 2.0 runtime is missing. Patch this to use 4.0 instead.
