Good catch. We actually misread upstream's compatibility table. We 
will provide a fix soon and target it to experimental.

I wonder if we can make compactheader work again on sid by downgrading 
the max_version to 3.1. I unfortunately tried that with no success, so 
we should keep it as it is for a while until icedove 6.0 (considered 
stable) will be pushed to sid. (hopefully soonish)
