[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Add MPL-* licenses to /usr/share/common-licenses

Hi,

while packaging Mozilla's extensions we noticed MPL-* licenses being 
missing on the relevant /usr/share/common-licenses directory, thus the 
need to include the full text of the MPL on debian/copyright. (the MPL 
has more than 100 lines)

Please include the relevant MPL-* licenses on the /usr/share/common-licenses
directory.
