Firefox 1.5 and extensions

The idea is to use the same name as directory name as the extension id
... in your case the is em:id="langpack-ca at firefox.mozilla.org".

Naybe it works with different directories too, but use that name in
order to comply with the greater idea.

Attached the proposed fixed parts for your package. (e.g. i had 
to copy the chrome.manifest too - which was the real problem I 
guess).
