putting iceape in cvs/svn

If you tell me where we may put that, I can do it. Or you can just do it
and tell where you did put it ;)

For rebranding stuff, just be aware that I'm using remove.nonfree from
gnuzilla and that it removes branding files from the original tarball,
such that it is necessary to copy the new branding in the tree during
the build for it not to fail.
