It is not public. Yet. I will commit somewhere (to be decided) as soon
as I'm done with the initial release. I think it will be ready some time
this week (depending on how things go for the stable security updates
for mozilla, firefox and thunderbird).

It actually isn't an issue. I think there are some problems with the
svn-buildpackage scripts that make it an issue, though.
