more seamonkey progress

Hi guys,

I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, but I'm not quite there
yet. I still have to write the maintainer scripts for smooth upgrade and
add the transition path in the control file, and finally change the
branding.

If someone could prepare an iceape upstream tarball changing logo and
name wherever it is required, it would be very much appreciated ;)
