Uploads of iceweasel and iceape?

I can't talk much about iceweasel, since Eric is doing most of the work
for the next release (and #404733 has been addressed in svn), but as for
iceape, I'm waiting for the new icons from our icon artist and will
upload after getting them. I don't want to waste buildd time by making 2
consecutive uploads of a big package as iceape...
