I've got exactly the same problem. 

iceape-calendar version 1.0.7-2
I'm running an up-to-date debian testing with kernel 2.6.16
Do you need any more information?
I'm not used to reporting bugs and using newsgroups..

I don't have or had mozilla-imagezoom installed, 
and dpkg-reconfigure iceape-calendar 
had no effects.
