Bug#414607: browser window opens with two tabs, one of them is a bogus tab

Right after start, a browser windows opens with two tabs, one as usual on the left and the other in the middle-right. Only the left tab is functional, the right one is not functional, clicking on it is doesn't change anything visible. I expect the non-functioning right tab not to appear.



Using kernel 2.6.14.4.1.pm (works, no problem)

$ dpkg -s libc6 | grep ^Version

Version: 2.3.5-6



Most of the remaining packages are from sarge+backports, some are from early etch.



The problem occured right after updating from -sarge8 version. The behaviour is 100% reproducible.
