This is a proposal for new options within the browser menu as follows:

Menu: Tools, Script Manager, Block Javascript from this Site
Menu: Tools, Script Manager, Use Default Javascript Permissions
Menu: Tools, Script Manager, Allow Javascript from this Site
Menu: Tools, Script Manager, Manage Javascript Permissions

This will provide the facility for selective handling of scripting languages
on a site by site basis.
