Want to report back that I upgraded some of the dependency libraries, the backup bookmark problem is fixed. Here is the list of dependency libraries which I only upgraded a few of them, and the backup bookmark problem is fixed :-

ii  psmisc

It seems that iceweasel debian packages dependencies library checking needs improvement.
