Bug#562970: iceweasel: Hourglass stays on when launched from GNOME panel

When I launch icewesel from my GNOME panel it seems to not complete
startup notification and switch the hourglass off properly. For a while
afterwards (there seems to be a timeout of 30 seconds) the hourglass is
displayed whenever the pointer is over the backdrop, window title bars
(xfwm4) and various other dialogs which don't change the pointer eg to a
caret. It shows a normal pointer when over the body of the iceweasel
window which has just opened, or any other iceweasel windows I open
subsequently.

This only happens when loading a new instance of iceweasel; if it
already has a window open the pointer behaves normally.

The launcher command is: "iceweasel %u"
