Bug#514515: Iceape Mail & Newsgroups starts many instances of itself

Package: Iceape
Version: 1.1.14

When I click on mail/news items in the list then often a new instance
of Iceape Mail & Newsgroups will be started. This is really VERY annoying!
Why allow multiple instances of this application at all?
It should be fixed so that a user NEVER can open multiple instances of it
as this is also dangerous for the consistency of the underlying databases etc.

I suggest that only a single instance of Iceape shall be possible for the user.
