Yeah, personally, I always thought that prefixes should go away and be
replaced by Provides or tags or something, but in the end I can live
with and without prefix; only thing I really care about is to stop the
use of "targetApp"- prefixes :) ... how about forbidding the use of
those in the policy and optionally suggesting the use of xul-ext- if
the maintainer really wants a prefix?
