Iceweasel 3.6.3 in experimental

Hi all,

I just uploaded iceweasel 3.6.3 to experimental, with the corresponding
xulrunner. Well, as ftp-master is still unavailable, it means it won't
be going much further than the upload queue, but still.

Anyways, the packages are available on my repository on
people.debian.org:
http://people.debian.org/~glandium/

I have changed some things to the iceweasel git repository on the 3.5
branch, and only have 3.6 locally on my hard drive. I'm planning to
describe my workflow and more importantly publish my local branches for
iceweasel *and* xulrunner in the course of next week.
