Most likely, yes, though I don't see the point of e.g
Xb-Npp-Applications and Xb-Npp-Description.
Xb-Npp-Applications sounds like an arbitrary limitation, and
Xb-Npp-Description sounds like the package short description should be
used instead.
I'm also unsure what Xb-Npp-File is supposed to be used for.
