Bug#607834: iceweasel: Does not switch the character encoding appropriately

Go to thre page http://math.umons.ac.be/en/etudiant/aide.html and
click "See the schedule of this year" at the bottom.  The new page
keeps being encoded in UTF-8 while it is actually in latin-1 (as is
declared in its header).  Chromium behaves fine.
