Letting galeon die (?)

Hi,

As the subject says, and considering galeon's history, I think it's time
to let it die, and maybe ask for its removal. It is dead upstream (iirc
the last releases were basically incorporating stuff from downstream,
mainly Debian and Ubuntu), the last upload is my NMU, 3 months ago,
there is a FTBFS bug with a patch that hasn't been fixed for more than a
month, and, most importantly, it is functionally impaired since the
switch to xulrunner 1.9 (myportal: not ported, SSL handling
user-unfriendly, etc.), and neither upstream or downstreams are
apparently motivated to fix these issues.

I think that for all these reasons, we should ask for it to be removed
from the archive.

What do you, as official maintainers, think ?

Cheers,

Mike
